Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Tennessee
Appeals to civil court judgement
After inadequate unprepared representation at our jury trial, over a boundary dispute the plaintiff was awarded 75,000 damages that were unsubstantiated by any expenses, etc., several items of our evidence were suppressed by motion the morning of trial, pictures were lost that were also not entered into the transcripts at the deposition when we submitted them, and the court reporter left town suddenly. Is this judgement eligible for appeal?

Time to appeal is very short. Usually less than 2 weeks.

Suppression by motion must be followed up by objection at trial. There are too many questions to be answered here. You need to see another attorney RIGHT AWAY.
