Legal Question in Banking Law in Tennessee
banks right to:
can banks give your personal business account to another person if that person is not listed on the account to begin with and can they totally remove you from the account? what would give them any right to do this? then can they refuse to give you any access to the account?

Re: banks right to:
I would need to review business corporate or ownership records, plus deposit agreement (original) with bank.
They may be violating Federal law.
