Legal Question in Banking Law in Tennessee
car loan
I bought a car and had to have a co-signer but when the finace paper came in mail they changed the paperwork around so that the co-signer was the buyer and I was co-buyer but thats not the way we signed when I bought the car can I get out of this deal?? I called the finace co about the way the paperwork was and they said that they could nothing about it I told them that we did not buy car like that and we didn't want to eather but they said we were stuck and had to buy it that was last mouth 4-10-07

They can't change the deal in such a substantial way.
If you don't want the deal, say so in a certified letter and take the car back. better yet, pay a reputable lawyer $100 to do it for you.
