Conterfeit cashiers check
A client deposited a counterfeit
cashiers check to my business account. I checked on line and money was deposited. Of course it
was returned and I am asking if the Bank has any responsibility for
accepting the counterfeit cashiers check?

Of course the bank is responsible!
it's even strange that the bank didn't discover the counterfeited check from the beginning!
