Legal Question in Banking Law in Tennessee
Divorce checking
My husband filed for divorce at the time we had a joint banking account he soon closed it out. He has now opened a checking account at another bank, the divorce was not granted do i have a legal right to his checking account?

You don't have a right to his checking account without a court order to that effect.
