Is there a difference between the bankruptcy laws in tenn versis Ohio I am moving to tenn and intend to file there if there is no difference Thank you

THE BANKRUPTCY IS FEDERAL SO ITS THE SAME IN ALL STATES AS TO "PROCEDURE", BUT THE EXEMPTIONS VARY FROM STATE TO STATE; MEANING,the property you are allowed to keep varies from state to state; e.g. in states you are allowed to keep all of the equity in your home; in TN you are not allowed to keep it all, only $5000.00 worth.
