Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee

In my divorce my ex husband is supposed to pay my house payment but now is refusing and filing bankruptcy on my home what can I do to stop this as I cannot afford the payment on my home and have two kids.

You may need to object to a discharge of this debt. It will depend on the language in the marital dissolution agreement as to whether or not this is a support obligation which is generally nondischargeable.
