bankruptcy on a judgment
Can someone garnish your wages if they are granted a judgment against you? And if not can you file bk on the judgment?

Yes, your wages CAN be garnished if there is a judgment against you. So can your bank account. And YES, you can certainly file bankruptcy on the judgment.
