Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee

My Chapt. 13 was scheduled to end Oct 15th but...
why is my bankruptcy dragging on and on beyond the end date?

It was slated to end October 15th 2008 yet my attorney says they are still ''reviewing it'' (I also sense he does not really know and does not want to press).

I paid every dime agreed upon on time (nearly 45k), and they do not communicate at all. Can I expect to be paid back these three months (3600 dollars!) they have continued to garnish me?

This seems extremely unfair as I did everything I was told. It was chapter 13, prior to Oct 17th 2005 in Nashville TN..

It is sadly ironic how they can imprison me for being tardy with taxes, yet they take their sweet time

One reason may be the percent you agreed to pay the unsecureds when your plan was confirmed.
