Chapter 13 bankruptcy

Dear attorney, can you file chapter 13 on a mortgage loan? will it lower the payments? will I be able to keep my house?

A chapter 13 will not change the terms of you mortgage but it can allow you to pay any back payments over time. your regular mortgage payment will not change.
