Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
Conditions of Filing for Co-Debtor Relief in Chapter 7
I have a case in front of me to research on this topic and I cannot seem to find where I am either allowed to file a motion for co-debtor relief in a chapter 7 OR what the conditions are. I simply need to know if I can even file the Motion and if so, what are the conditions of filing?

Co-debtor relief is essentially the same as for a typical motion for relief from automatic stay. If you are needing to file this type of motion, you probably should consult with a lawyer who practices in bankruptcy before attempting to obtain such relief.
