Creditor's Still Reporting
Should creditors that I listed/filed bankrupcty on still be reporting past due payments on my credit report after I have been discharged?

Short answer -- I do not know for sure but I believe the credit report should simply state bankruptcy.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act is the relevant law to be examined. Consumers have rights pursuant to this law that ensure credit reports are accurate and truthful. One of my colleagues specializes in this area of the law. I'm sure he could answer your question definitively and he would perhaps be interested in pursuing an action for redress if in fact the law has been violated.
