Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
Displaying name in newpaper after filing bankruptcy
In our local newspaper, there is a section specifically identifying all of the people that have filed for bankruptcy in the last week. Is this legal? Is there any way to avoid this? We may have to file for bankruptcy in the near future, but we'd like to keep it out of the paper. We still have to live in this town and people DO seem to treat you differently after you've filed. Please help
