When Filing Bankrupcy is it nessecary to file on your home.

In every bankruptcy case, you must disclose all your assets and all your liabilities. That doesn't necessarily mean you will loose your home. Often a deal can be worked out inside your bankruptcy case to keep your home provided you can still make the payments on it.
