Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
We had a foreclosure sale by trustee to be held today at 1:00 PM. The entity owning the land deeded it to another entity by quit claim deed two days ago. The second entity (the one receiving the land) filed bankruptcy yesterday. Does this stop our foreclosure sale?
