Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
Personal Bank Account
My son had a vehicle reposessed and then a couple of years later had to file bancruptcy is it legal for them to go into the person's personal bank account and drain it without any notice because they say they have a judgement against them even though he has bankrupt? Can they continue to do this? What are his options and rights?

Re: Personal Bank Account
If your son is currently in a bankruptcy, then what you describe is probably illegal. Your son's bankruptcy attorney would need to be told about this in order to get it addressed.
