Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
My son owns his own 18 wheeler but is currently working for another company and needs to sell this truck. He just went through a divorce, house forclosed on and car in process of being repoed, head over heals in debt. Can he sell/or move the truck ownership and still file bankruptcy or is there a waiting period:
