Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
In the state of TN, if you have filed Chapter 13 and repaying debt can you file for a modification of repay if you no longer have the same job and income that the amount was calculated on. I was in sales and made commission at the time I had filed, after being unemployed for a year, I no longer work with that company or am in sales, I just had a set base, which is significantly lower, I'm having a difficult time making all ends meet. Thank you!

You can file a motion to modify your plan. There may be other considerations however, beyond ability to pay that control your payment. http://www.absolutebankruptcy.org/Chapter_7_Objections.htm
