My bankruptcy was dismissed, is there a time limit to where the creditors can file claims against me for completion of payment?

The time limit will usually be whatever the statute of limitations is for that debt plus the time that you were in bankruptcy. In other words, if the normal statute would be six years and you were in bankruptcy two years, the creditor could have eight years to file. There may be other situations which would change this equation; however, the statute of limitations is generally "tolled" (put on hold) while someone is in bankruptcy.
