Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
timeshares
have a timeshare that i cant pay for now due to becoming disabled and losing employment. they are driving me nuts and have turned me over to collections. can i go bankrupt on this or is there another option? done tried to sell. please help

A "timeshare" refers to one or more arrangements which provide for a vacation location. They can be merely a contract obligation or an interest in real estate. Either way, the debt and future obligation is dischargable in bankruptcy.
