Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee

TN I was in a Chapter 13, but I have lost my Job. I don't have the funds to file a chapter 7, my only asset is a 2005 car. I need it to look for work. What are my options?

Contact the Chapter 13 Trustee's Office where the bankruptcy was filed. They may give you some time to find a new job if you are talking to them. If not - do not expect much help. It is always better for you to surface the problem than for them to discover it when they stop getting their funds.
