Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee

I am being transferred with my job to another state. I owe approximately $80,000.00 on my home and

the area in which I live I could not sell it and even come out even. What should I do? Repossession or bankruptcy? I hate the thought of either but there is no way I could afford it and make rent elsewhere. I also have a lot of credit card debt and truly am dumbfounded as what to do.
