Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
wage earner payments
I lost my job and am unable to make my wage earner payments. I will be receiving my pension check in about 2 months. It is more than enough to pay off my plan. Is it possible to get an extension or something to keep my plan from being dismisssed due to non payment?

The answer is usually yes. You can file a Motion with the Court to permit these missed payments. Your bankruptcy attorney should be able to handle this for you.
