Can a 16 year old sign a legally binding contract in Tennessee?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. A minor cannot enter into a legally binding contract unless you live in a jurisdiction where a 16-year old is considered of legal age - like Cuba or Uzbekistan. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
