Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee
Can bank deduct funds from a corporations account that individual is signer on if one of its officers has a personal account with same bank and has charges associated with overdrafts etc on personal account.

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the answer is most likely no. Unless the personal account has been linked to the corporate account, with the appropriate consents, etc. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
