Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee
If you book a vacation home and they call a week before to tell you the elevator doesn't work. They never disclosed there are no indoor stairs only outdoors. Won't give you another place and expect people to walk outside to go up and down inside a cabin for a week. Never gave any contracts and won't return calls. We are trying to get a $900 deposit back. We didn't cancel they changed what they were offering. Can we get it?

As a Franchise Attorney I can only say the "deal" has changed and you should be entitled to your deposit back. The reality of how you will go about this is more difficult. Most likely, you will have to sue them in Small Claims Court, then try to collect on the judgment if you win. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
