break in by another company
the coca cola company rep broke into my business today to remove equipment. police were called and report was filed. they admitted to break-in

I am not sure what your question is. If you are asking what can be done about this, the first thing is to file a police report which you have already done. The next thing is to consult with a lawyer. Your rights (and more importantly remedies) are dependant, in part, in why the rep broke in and what was done. Most likely you can recover damage for any property that was damaged as a result of the break in.
