Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee
The company I worked for is breaking up, and there are a number of lawsuits based on "Non - compete" documents. I was an accountant and as such was privy to certain financial information. Can I be forced to give a deposition for either side or both sides?

Yes. If you are subpoenaed, you can be forced to give a deposition.
