Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee
A contract is signed by a "contractor" and an entity signs as managing agent "manager" for services at a "property" managed by the "manager". "Property" has paid all bills to date. If "property" stops paying bills who is ultimately responsible for the payment of outstanding invoices, "property" or "manager"?

As a Franchise Attorney I can only say the following. It's not possible to even begin an answer without examining the entire contract and considering all surrounding facts and circumstances. That's why you need to consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
