The salon changed the name and asked her to inital it. She refused. When we tried to send the check threw the bank it got returned bc she stopped payment. Should I have to s or shuffer by not getting paid or should I still get my commission?

As a Franchise Attorney I suggest you contact your state's employment development or labor department. They will be able to answer your question and take action, if necessary. Normally, wages owed an employee, including commissions, are payable and not contingent on the employer collecting in full from its customers. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
