Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee
employment
I work for a small business and have been accused of misappropriation of funds. I have not taken money from the company but I have made false entries that caused false statements. What can my employer do to me legally?

Re: employment
I would echo what Mr. Snyder said, you need to sit down with a lawyer and go over your situation in detail. The sooner the better as this could result in some serious repercussions for you. This is not the sort of problem that can be handled on an Internet bulletin board.
