Forged State Documents
I was needing to know if the state was supposed to check ID to start a corporation? What if all the documents were forged and notarized with out the knowledge of the person who is supposed to opening the company?

The State does not check identification. THere is of, of course, recourse in the event there was forgery or fraud.
