Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee

What form do i use?

I have a concierge business. I want a legal contract to eliminate any liability should something happen to a person who requests services (ie: candy and person is diabetic). What form would I use for this?

You should have an attorney interview you, find out how your business operates and what the legal risks are and draft you an agreement which will meet your needs and be enforceable. Many times forms which are drafted in a very general way are not effective and can actually increase your exposure.
