As a Franchise Attorney I can say it's not possible to give an opinion without examining the relevant document(s) and provisions. Is it your business that has the noncompete clause, is it contained in your franchise agreement with the franchisor or ? Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
