Is it illegal to sell knockoff designer Handbags and similar products ?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. If you copy intellectual property that belongs to someone else, you can be sued. With many designer knockoffs, the issue is trademark infringement, among others. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
