investers
I have friends who want to invest
in my company. I have an LLC,
I am the only manager, my wife & I
are the only members. These
invester only want to invest, have
no intrest in management or being
a member.

If they are going to "invest" that means that they will get equity in your business (become members). You would need to agree under what terms they are giving you the money and how they will realize a return. There are many ways to structure such an agrangement, you need a lawyer to help you with that. If you have a more specific question, I would be happy to address it.
