non profit problems with outside group

non profit club - no members(as stated in charter) - president held illegal meeting allowing members to vote, members voted out 2 board of directors, re-elected president. Board ruled meeting void. Removed president from position for behavior outside the limits of the charter. Pres gets faithful following claiming to still be club. what can we do to make them stop representing themselves as legal?

These types of situations are very difficult. You have the same sorts of rights as any group. Are you incorporated? If they are using the name you can go to Chancery Court to have that stopped under certain circumstances? What ever you do will become nasty, dirty and expensive.
