Online raffle
I am thinking about having an online raffle to raise money for a business plan. The winners would recieve a certain percentage of profit earned off the business for the first year. Is this legal in Tennessee?

That plan violates more laws than I can name. It is both actionable under civil law and is quite possibly a criminal violation(s).
