Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee
The owner of the company where I am plant mgr. is having an affair with one of my subbordinates. He is a very blatant womanizer. This situation is getting worse every day. Is there legal recourse here or should I just resign?

As a Franchise Attorney I can only say the following. The person who should be complaining is your subordinate. Of course, if it's entirely consensual, no threats, etc., then there's not a lot to complain about. Otherwise, she can file a complaint with your local employment development or labor department, a state agency. I don't see any recourse you have, but I also don't know all the facts. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
