price fixing
If two competitors are owned by the same corporation and they meet to discuss sales strategy and pricing policy to industrial customers, is this illegal? Does it violate anti trust?

I will give you a good lawyer's answer: It depends. There is probably a case there, whether it is anti-trust or unfair competition or some other theory. It will matter how independent the companies are, what kind of market share/power the companies and/or the parent enjoy, how effective the conduct is to damage competition or damages other competitors. If the conduct is harming you, you should consider contacting an attorney who knows how to handle such a case.
