Promissory Notes
Is it necessary to have a promissory note notarized in the State of Tennessee? Once signed by both parties, assuming its not notarized, is it still a lgeally binding document?

It is not necessary for a note to be whitnessed by a notary. It is not necessary for both parties to sign it. A note is only signed by the borrower.
