Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee
I sale brake pads from my store to a smaller store in my area, they are removing my labels and replacing them with their own... is that legal?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say it depends on whose label the smaller store is removing. If it's your label, and you're the manufacturer, you have cause to complain as they are infringing on your trademark and misrepresenting the goods. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
