starting a business
Two (2) friends and I are considering starting a business. We're confused as to whether to file our business as a LLC Partnership or an S Corp. Which would be best for us?

Re: starting a business
I assume that you are talking about spending some serious money on starting this business and are not doing it as a lark. If that is the case, the choice of business formation can have some significant impacts upon your tax situation and whether or not what you form is a viable entity. You need to sit down with an experienced attorney to walk you through the process of determining which is best for you.
