Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee
Tresspassing Private Property, But own part of the company.
I was recently charged with theft 500- at a local Best Buy store and now I am banned forever from setting foot on their private property. However, if I have stock in that company, wouldn't part of that property be considered mine? And if so, shouldn't I have the right to set foot on it?
