In 1982 I taped (vhs)2 collg,footbll games off of a local network,of a local team.they are in hi demand now from fans and others.Can I make copies (cd's)and sell them over the net.Do's and Dont's will be helpful....Thanks

The copying and selling would be an infringment of the copyright and punishable if detected. The legal answer is do not do it.
