Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee

A year ago I paid a photographer to take pictures at my wedding, and I have not received any of the pictures as of yet. I was wondering what action i could take to get the pictures from her since she keeps saying she will send them and then never does.

Any attorney will say to send the photographer a demand letter. Give her a week to turn over the pictures. Specify the legal action you will take (file a lawsuit against her) if she does not comply. Depending on the amount you paid her, it may be worthwhile to have an attorney send this letter. That will get her attention. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
