Attacked while hospitalized

While being hospitalized at a VA hospital I was attacked by one of there workers,do I have grounds for a law suite?

Most likely, you do have a cause of action. I believe you need a lawyer to help you with this because there are certain rules and regulations regarding suits against the VA which are different than suits against private individuals.
