My son whom is 11 had a racial remarked made to him by a faculty member at his school, actually she made him move seats because of his skin color. Is there anything legally i can do about it?

yep, file a complaint with the school board an consider filing a law suit, but keep your son's needs front and center.
Mediation would be an excellent idea, especially if the teacher grows to understand that her job depends upon her controlling the urge to mistreat others because of personal beliefs.
