ex-roomate
My roomate moved out like 6months ago, with only wa weeks notification. He is still on the lease, but i have bbeen paying his part. Are my chances of taking him to civicl court good for me by sueing him, if his name is still on the lease?

It depends on as to what are the terms in the lease : who is the lessee under the lease, you alone or you and your room-mate both. It also depends on your agreement with your room-mate about sharing the lease rental.
