Fraudulant check cashing

My son who is 15 worked for a company, the company he worked for gave is payroll check to someone else and this other person CASH his check and has never gave him the money that this check was for. What actions do we need to take to get his money?????

Write a demand letter to the employer and ask for his regular salary payroll check. At the end of your letter, you can remind the employer that it is illegal to hire someone, receive the benefit of his services, and then not pay him as agreed.
